Get ready for some extra pounds. They maybe speaking in english but their cooking IS BRAZILIAN.

NYCAfter garlic crushers - plantain peelers, obviously?!
We don't really have a big plaintain culture in Brasil, but we still have some. Interesting tols for ''modern cooking. My ancestors never need then and I don't think you will, but hey, urban outifitters should get some in case. The E-Z Plantain Peeler is a hand held tool made of durable plastic with a stainless steel blade and an attached blade protector. This tool was specifically designed to facilitate the tedious and antiquated way of peeling green plantains. This utensil protects your nails and cuticles from becoming sore.Caribbean Food Implements
